VENDOR REGISTRATION

WSNIA anticipates having another outstanding vendor show in 2024. WSNIA has a two-day show beginning on Sunday April 7th, from 4pm to 7pm then all day Monday April 8th, from 8am to 6:30pm. The vendor show is designed to be open so officers can check it out as they arrive before the summit which kicks off Monday at 10am. There will be presentations on Monday from 10am to noon and from 1:30pm to 4:30pm with a long break in the middle. Throughout the first day we sell raffle tickets for a number of prizes WSNIA has purchased. These raffle tickets raise money for the WSNIA Officers Memorial Fund. Our vendors traditionally donate items as well to be auctioned. We generally have a roaming microphone and will raffle items at your booth. We also have complimentary beer and inexpensive food available with the intent of maximizing the attendee’s time with our vendors. We also open our vendor show to all local law enforcement as well at no charge. We anticipate having at least 500 officers in attendance. We strongly encourage our vendors to bring inventory to sell at the show when applicable.

Our attendees are narcotics officers and sergeants, task force commanders, some executives, street teams, proactive teams, criminal and investigative analysts. No photographs or video of attendees during the vendor show (unless they get specific permission from the person they are photographing or interviewing.)

‍New this year: a lead retrieval app that will allow vendors to scan QR codes of attendees.

‍For the 2024 WSNIA Training Summit and Vendor Show, 8-foot vendor tables will be $800 dollars, however, there are additional opportunities for companies to play a more significant role with WSNIA. For those that wish to donate items, you can donate up to $500 worth of items (to be raffled during the vendor show) which will be counted towards the table fee. Please reach out to us with any questions. Please complete the contact information link below, then go to the registration form for details. WSNIA Vice President, Jeff Mason is the primary point of contact for our vendors and can be reached at 509-666-3874.

Vendor registration is now full.
